Refund Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All return requests are accepted as long as the following criteria are met:

1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

2. It must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. You must provide a receipt or proof og purchase.

To begin a return, please use our return portal through your customer account.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. A fixed return shipping fee of DKK 39.00 will be deducted automatically from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@hybridglo.com. 

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or item, please return your purchase and place a new order through our webshop.
